Wolfgang Peterson takes his shot at adapting a beloved Children’s novel into a fantasy film set literally in the land created from mankind’s collective imagination. In a rather traumatic story, a sad young boys finds himself drawn into reading a story about the magical land of Fantasia, which is slowly being destroyed by a monstrous force, simply referred to as “the Nothing.” He begins to realize that both he and the characters of the story are drawn together into a shared reality…and that’s where the fun begins.
